  GREGG WAS GREAT, HE CAME HE FIXED MY ISSUE AND LEFT WITH SPEED AND EXTREME PROFESSIONALISM. HE EVEN GAVE ME GOOD ADVICE ON ANOTHER PROJECT I AM WORKING ON. I HAVE ALWAYS REQUESTED HIM AS MY WIFE AND I FEEL SECURE WITH HIM COMING INTO OUR HOME. THANK YOU GREGG AND THANK YOU J&J!!

  Russell Properties has used J & J for 10 years. We just moved to a new location and had the service transferred. Eddie and Scott did a great job in explaining each step of the way in using our new system and provided us with a complete "block" of instruction meeting for all the staff and agents, including the new addition of cameras.
